When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.
Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. The doctor will perform a very thorough check of your teeth and gum tissue. Intraoral photos may be taken so that you will be able to see what the doctor has discovered during the examination. Any necessary x-rays will also be taken at this time so that the doctor can determine problems below the gum tissue and in between the teeth where it is hard to see visually. Depending on what is needed the Doctor will outline existing dental problems and proposed treatment.
