A prepayment courtesy of 5% will be subtracted from the total treatment fees over $1000.00 if paid by cash or check only prior to the first scheduled appointment. If there is dental insurance, we will inform your insurance carrier of your payment in full and ask that you be reimbursed for your dental treatment.
- Dental Fee Plan
This is a payment plan that works for you. Dental Fee Plan specializes in helping patients get the treatment that they want or need. There is no initial payment; low monthly payments; low, fixed rates; no prepayment penalty and potential tax advantage. The application process is simple and often times the patient is approved during the initial application phone call. We will assist you in contacting DFP from our office or you may contact DFP at their toll-free number, 1-888-337-4171 from your home. - Healthcare Credit Plan
This is a payment plan that offers 90 days without any payment. There are low monthly payments and no annual fee. The convenience of not making a payment for 90 days allows you to adjust your budget. You can use this option for our entire family's dental needs. It can also be used to pay your co-payment s and deductibles if you have dental insurance. This is a short application that can be phoned in to HealthCare Credit, so we may have an answer for you in as few as 10 minutes. Please ask us for an application and the low monthly payment chart.
- Care Credit Plan
This is a payment plan that lets you save your other credit cards for household or unplanned expenses. Our office offers a flexible Revolving credit program that let's you start treatment immediately, enjoy low monthly payments, finance up to 100% of the treatment cost, pay no money up front and pay no annual fees. This option is ideal for co-payments, deductibles and treatment that may not be covered by insurance. Care Credit is a revolving charge account that is easy to use and takes just a few minutes to apply over the phone at 1-800-365-8295 either from our office or your home and often the patient is approved during the initial application phone call. - CITI Health Card
Some things in life can be put off. Fortunately, quality dental care doesn’t have to be one of them. Now with the CITI Health Card you get payment flexibility, so you can start treatment immediately. Choose from many plans which low monthly payment. Simply ask one of our office staff which payment plans are available through our office.
